On planning reforms to accelerate infrastructure delivery

On Minimum Service Levels
‘Agreeing minimum service levels in the event of a strike is a well-established principle across Europe, balancing the fundamental right to strike and other fundamental rights of the public to get to work, school or the hospital.
‘Train companies will operate within the framework for service level agreements set by government, so we now need to get the practical details right.’
Rail Partners exists to make the railway better by harnessing the expertise and creativity of private sector operators for the benefit of those who use the railway, passengers and freight customers, and those who pay for it, including taxpayers.
