Rail Partners responded to the Great British Railway Transition Team's call for evidence on a rail freight growth target.
The submission sets out that the introduction of an ambitious freight growth target can have a transformative impact on the freight sector, enabling rail to support the transition to a decarbonised economy, facilitate economic growth, support the levelling up agenda and help customers across the UK to grow their businesses both domestically and internationally.
