Rail Partners responded to the Transport Select Committee’s inquiry on strategic transport objectives. The submission noted the importance of delivering rail reform programme, progressing the Transport Decarbonisation Plan, and providing a level playing field across transport modes to encourage people and goods to be transported by rail.
